Seva offers a range of Internet and Telephone separate and bundled Services with different features and costs.
Some of the Plans are listed below. If you require a variation of a Plan, please contact info@seva.lc to discuss your needs. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.
We provide Internet plans for businesses, organizations, and residential customers, plans that are subject to 12 months contract, or month to month plans. Business customer can purchase a static IP address on its equipment (e.g. router, server, …).
Phone service can be added to any Internet service plan. It cannot be purchased separately. Price for international calls will be published and provided by request. It is priced competitively with other carriers.
TV service can be added to any Internet plan.
Internet Service Plans
Platinum Plus plan guarantees the same high-speed during subscription.
All Unlimited plans guarantees the same price no matter how many GB are used.
Plans “Unlimited Rescue” and “Unlimited Anchor” are not provided as a chosen plan for customers. They are used when monthly threshold is reached at an assigned plan.

Phone Service Plans
Seva Phone plan includes one local phone number with voicemail, call waiting, caller ID, voicemail to e-mail, and other features. Seva Communications Inc. will configure phone number on the cable modem remotely. Customer is responsible for purchasing its own analog phone. Physical installation at the premises is done for free, if the service is purchased at the time of CPE installation. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the physical installation. Seva Communications Inc. technician can do it for a cost. Calls within Seva Communications Inc. network are for free (on-net calls from one Seva CPE to another). The plan includes 100 minutes of local (off-net) Saint Lucia calls. Customer will be informed about local calls above the capacity and international calls prices.
